There was actually one more person
who became a member of the band at one time. Bill Capp, (seen at lower
right of this picture), was a member for a while, but did not stay with
the band very long. Still, he was a very fine guitar player and
vocalist! The long story made shorter, Eventually most of the original
members left the band for different reasons, including Charlie him self, Frank Burghoffer, Mike
Bonin, and myself, Dan Saville. The band of Charlie & the
Seniors, pretty much folded around 1980, and the two remaining members
being Steve Prescott, (Original Bass player), and Jimmy Neufeld, (The
second Drummer), went on to become a band called, "The Rocky Vasalino
Show", which some of you may also remember. Also a very fine show band
that went on to play throughout many parts of Canada and the United
States. WHAT ARE CHARLIE & THE SENIORS UP TO THESE DAYS? |
